Processing & Shipping Times
* Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping (does not apply to Preorders).
* Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
* You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey!
Preorder shipping timeline —For PreOrder items, estimated ship dates are listed on each product page. All pre‑order ETAs come directly from our vendors and may shift due to production or shipping delays outside of our control. While we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date, we are committed to transparency and will update the product page. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your preorder is fulfilled.
• Standard Shipping:
Your full order ships together once all items have arrived. This helps reduce shipping costs and environmental impact.
• Partial Fulfillment Option:
If you’d like your in‑stock items shipped immediately, we can do that! To request partial fulfillment, please add a note at checkout or contact us before your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. While we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, we’ll do our best to assist you in tracking your package and filing claims if necessary.
