Refund policy
We want you to love every purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! We offer exchanges, store credit or a gift card for eligible returns.
How to Return an Item
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to start a return.
- Items should be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Some items can’t be returned—see below for details.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep things fair and hygienic, the following items are final sale:
- Intimates & Swimwear – These items can’t be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Jewelry & Piercing Accessories – For sanitary safety, earrings and body jewelry are final sale.
- Beauty & Skincare Products – Opened or used beauty items aren’t eligible for return.
- Custom & Personalized Items – Since these are made just for you, they’re final sale.
- Sale & Clearance Items – All discounted items are final sale.
- Worn or Damaged Items – Items showing signs of wear, stains, or missing tags can’t be returned.
- Seasonal & Special Event Items – These items cannot be returned, but may be exchanged for another size if available.
- Gift Cards & Store Credit – These can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Store Credit & Gift Cards
- Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue store credit or a gift card within 7 business days (based on our store’s open days).
- Store credit/gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date they’re issued.
- They can’t be extended or transferred.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Exchanges
If your item arrived defective or incorrect, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, we will issue store credit for the full order amount, valid for one year from the date of issue. Store credit can be used toward any purchase online or in-store.
Preorder Cancellations
Items marked as PREORDER at the time of purchase cannot be cancelled without a restocking/cancelation fee of 20% of total order amount. As a small business, we incur processing fees when orders are placed and base our merchandise orders to manufacturers on the preorders we receive. Cancellations impact our inventory commitments and incur additional processing costs.
If you choose to cancel a preorder, the restocking fee will be deducted and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue.
Important Preorder Notifications
Preorder timelines are estimates provided directly by our vendors. Product availability, production schedules, and shipping windows may change, and delays do not alter or void our preorder cancellation policy.
While we always share the most accurate information available in the product description, preorder ETAs can shift due to factors outside of our control, including manufacturer delays, shipping congestion, or inventory adjustments.
If your order includes a mix of in‑stock and preorder items, here’s how fulfillment works:
Standard Shipping (Default)
Your full order ships together once all items have arrived. This helps reduce shipping costs and environmental impact.
Partial Fulfillment Option
If you’d like your in‑stock items shipped sooner, we can absolutely do that. • Additional shipping charges may apply • Each request is handled individually • We will always discuss costs with you and get your approval before charging anything
